You have Adobe Dreamweaver now start playing with your index page. Mess around with it and put up some demo writing like "My very own adult website". Than save it as index, now you will want to log on to your hosting companys FTP, hit file manager click on the WWW webroot and click on upload.
When it uploads type in your domain on your web browser and there you go. You have sucessfully uploaded a file that created your first website.
